Built Environment and Heritage

The council’s built environment and heritage policies can be found in the Local Plan (Policies 28 to 30).

The council undertakes various evidence base studies and assesses heritage assets, such as Conservation Areas, Areas of Special Local Character, Archaeological Priority Areas and Locally Listed Buildings.
