The South West London (SWL) Child Death Overview Panel follows statutory guidance. 

Unaccompanied asylum seeking children are considered 'Children in Need' and we support them accordingly.

The youngest age a child can work part-time is 13, except children involved in areas where they will require a licence to perform.
