Placecube: approval process
- the Web Admin team reviews all new and updated web page content (including PDFs) before it goes live on the site
- this is to make sure everything is in the right format and meets accessibility standards
- each individual page of your multi web page needs to be reviewed by the Web Admin team before you can group them together with the 'part 2' template
- once each multi web page has been approved, you can use ‘Multi web page - part 2’ to group them together
- this will also need to be approved by the Web Admin team
- the content will only be live on the site when all the 'part 1' pages and the related 'part 2' has been approved
- once your page has been approved, it will become live on the site immediately
- you will get an email and a Placecube notification to let you know
- if a PDF has been approved, make sure you remember to link it to the right page
- if something needs to be changed on your page or PDF before it goes live, Web Admin will reject the page with their comments and feedback
- you’ll get an email and a notification in Placecube to let you know the page has been rejected and what needs to be changed
If your content is rejected, you’ll need to make the required changes through your workflow tasks.
