Sutton Central by-election
A by-election will take place on Thursday 10 April 2025 to elect a new local councillor in Sutton Central.
The Council has confirmed that food vouchers will continue to be provided to families who are eligible for Free School meals throughout 2025/26.

Vouchers will be issued to eligible families for the following weeks in the year:
Easter - 7 to 18 April (10 days) - £30
May Half Term - 26 to 30 May - (5 days) - £15
Summer holiday - 28 July to 8 August (10 days) - £30
27 to 31 October (5 days) - £15
22 December to 2 January - (10 days) - £30
February Half Term - 16 to 20 February (5 days) - £15
If your child is eligible for Free School Meals and is of compulsory school age and attending a school (whether in Sutton or otherwise) you will receive the voucher directly through the school.
If your child lives in Sutton and is eligible for free school meals but is not of statutory school age or is not attending a school setting, you can still apply for a voucher by completing the Food Voucher Application Form. This will include the following:
