If you find it difficult to move your bins to the front of your property on collection day and no one else in your household can help, you might qualify for an assisted collection.

We may be able to provide help:

  • temporarily, for example if you are recovering from an operation
  • long-term, if you have a permanent disability

If you’re eligible, we’ll agree on a location where our collection crews will collect your bins. They’ll return them to this location after emptying them.
