Maintenance to online forms
Our online forms will be undergoing maintenance, with some unavailable for up to 8 hours from 12am (midnight) until 8am on Tuesday, 1 April. We appreciate your patience.
To process a school application, we will require confirmation of the current home address in the name of the parent/carer making the application. This is the address where the child is living at the time of completing the application form. You must not use a future address.
You should provide this information when you make your application and it must be for the address you and your child are currently living at.
Items can be pdf's, photo's or screen shots and must include the following:
You can remove any financial information from items before submitting them.
You can provide your Sutton council tax reference number on your application or 2 valid documents.
A copy of 2 valid documents.
