To process a school application, we will require confirmation of the current home address in the name of the parent/carer making the application. This is the address where the child is living at the time of completing the application form. You must not use a future address.
You should provide this information when you make your application and it must be for the address you and your child are currently living at.
Items can be pdf's, photo's or screen shots and must include the following:
- the date
- name of the parent/guardian applying
- the address used on application
You can remove any financial information from items before submitting them.
For Sutton residents:
You can provide your Sutton council tax reference number on your application or 2 valid documents.
For non-Sutton residents:
A copy of 2 valid documents.
Documents provided must be dated within the last 3 months (where applicable) from the following:
- Current UK driving licence - photo card either full or provisional
- Government benefit entitlement letter such as Universal Credit
- Letter from a Local Authority on headed paper to confirm entitlement to Housing Benefit
- Current Tenancy Agreement either from the council, a Housing Association or recognised letting agent - private tenancy agreements are not acceptable
- Account statement for a UK bank, credit card or building society
- Utility bill for either gas, electricity, water, cable TV, broadband or telephone land line
- Solicitors letter of completion of purchase
- Insurance certificate/policy schedule for either household or vehicle
- TV licence renewal
- NHS registration card/letter
- HMRC Tax notification including P45/P60
- Inland Revenue or National Insurance letter
- Council Tax bill - if you are not a Sutton resident
