Sutton Central by-election
A by-election will take place on Thursday 10 April 2025 to elect a new local councillor in Sutton Central.
If you're a local resident in a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ), you'll need to buy a permit to park there.
To apply for a CPZ permit, we’ll need to see proof of residence and proof that you’re the registered keeper of the vehicle.

You won’t need to pay until after we let you know that we have approved your application.
Permits are valid for 1 year and each household can have up to 3 permits in a year.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm (closed Bank Holidays). Card payment is available at this office.

It may take us up to 5 days to review your application and send out your permit.
