Direct Debit

You can pay regular bills and subscriptions automatically from your bank account. To set up a direct debit you can:

Online payments

You can use our online service to make payments for a range of Council invoices.

If you are paying a sundry debt with an invoice that starts with 31, select the option for general invoices.

Pay by credit or debit card 

  • call us on 020 8770 5422 from 9am to 5pm
  • call our 24-hour automated phone line on 020 8770 7887 and select the ‘other payments’ option
  • pay in person using the self-service kiosk at the Council (cash or credit/debit cards only)
