If you are living in temporary or emergency accommodation and you have children, then you can come along to Pod sessions.

What we do at the Pod

The Pod is a chance for you to relax with a cuppa and talk to other parents who are living in similar situations, while your little ones play and enjoy some games.

There is lots of advice available at the Pod and we are here to help you with queries about:

  • income and benefits
  • health and wellbeing
  • domestic abuse
  • food and lots more

We have a consultation room on site in case you need to speak to someone in confidence.

Opening times 

The Pod is open every Friday from 10am to 1pm at The Dolphin, 316 High Street, Sutton SM1 1PR.
