Book a building control inspection

Please note that you will have needed to submit a valid Building Control application and payment at least 48 hours in advance of booking a site visit.

Please note that due to work demands we may have to amend bookings once received, please make sure to leave an up-to-date contact number or email.

Please have your application number to hand when making a booking. Bookings are available Monday-Friday (except Public Holidays) and cannot be booked time specific, Inspectors will be on site between 09.30 and 16.30 on your chosen day.

For works not included in the above list - the required schedule of visits will have to be discussed with the building inspector during the commencement stage.
