A by-election will take place on Thursday 10 April 2025 to elect a new local councillor in Sutton Central.

The IOM is a multi-agency partnership approach. It brings together stakeholders to manage, supervise and positively impact the criminal activity within the community. This approach is taken on a defined group of offenders.

A key driver for IOM is to consider investment in community-based approaches for offenders. This can be an alternative to short-term custody.
IOM guidance also suggests identifying and managing offenders deemed at high risk of offending. Integrated working can then be effective in preventing serious acquisitive and violent crimes.
