Keeley, Victim Liaison Officer, Integrated Youth Services

Keeley has worked in Sutton for the last four years in the role of Victim Liaison Officer in Integrated Youth Services.

‘Working for Sutton is about more than a job to me. Being from the borough, I feel like I am doing something for my community. I've always loved working with young people, so when I saw a job at the Youth Offending Team I took a chance and applied; now here I am 4 years later!

I work with some amazing people, and love that we are often given the opportunity to share our thoughts with senior management. There are plenty of opportunities to work flexibly to ensure that you are on a work pattern that supports your life and commitments outside of work; meaning that you don't have to leave if life changes. It feels like they invest in you.’
