Sutton town centre has one location for community events at Trinity Square.
Booking In
In order to handle your community event booking, please complete a booking request form.
This booking form is provided as an interactive Google Form so it can be completed and submitted from your web browser. Once you’ve completed the form, please return it along with your risk assessment and proof of liability insurance to tcmanager@successfulsutton.co.uk who will then be in touch with information. Bookings will be handed by the Town Centre Manager.
Who needs to complete a booking form?
We ask that anyone who would like to use the Trinity Square to complete a booking form so the council is aware of your event for health and safety purposes.

Amplification Equipment
From Monday to Sunday the use of amplification equipment is prohibited due to noise pollution to local offices and places of work.
