Notice of Parking Charges changes

We run 9 surface car parks in Sutton. They’re all within walking distance of local businesses and shops.

You can apply for a season ticket for some of our car parks.

Maximum height for vehicles

The maximum height for vehicles using the car parks with height barriers is 6' 9" (2.06m). 

There’s no overnight coach parking available.

Pay and display

Our car parks use a pay and display system. You’ll need to buy a pay and display ticket from the machines and make sure it’s clearly visible inside your vehicle or purchase a cashless parking session by phone or online. 

If you don’t do this, you may be issued with a parking fine (PCN).

Enforcement is carried out by Saba (formerly Indigo). 

All our pay and display machines are monitored remotely for faults however if you need to report any machine faults please report to Saba. They can be contacted 7 days a week during car park opening hours on 020 8661 0096.

Alternatively you can report machine faults by email to lbs.parking@sutton.gov.uk.

Blue Badge holders 

People with a blue badge can park for free in the dedicated disabled bays and any other bay.

You can’t park in: 

  • motorcycle bays
  • car club bays
  • electric vehicle charging bays (unless you’re charging your car)

Motorcycles

Motorcycles can park for free in the designated motorcycle bays.
