Councillor Ruth Dombey, Leader of the London Borough of Sutton said:

“Sutton is thriving and our line-up of events showcases the fantastic local businesses, creative minds and performers we have in our borough. We have so much to celebrate in Sutton with exciting new businesses and events in the hospitality, housing and retail sectors thanks to our town centre regeneration. There’s something for everyone.

“We're proud that our communities and local businesses will be leading the events to celebrate the London Festival of Architecture in Sutton High Street. I’m sure that everyone will enjoy all the events on offer.”

Benjamin O’Connor, Director, New London Architecture, said:

“The London Festival of Architecture Neighbourhoods programme encapsulates the community feeling that the festival brings to the local areas and will spotlight hyperlocal creativity and heritage, celebrating the distinctiveness of these neighbourhoods and the people who are shaping them.

"We are delighted to have Sutton High Street on board as a Neighbourhood for our 20th anniversary celebrations.”
