Eagle Chambers was a former office set within the residential block of Rosehill Court in Carshalton. The Council was unable to relet the office and the decision was made to convert it into six 1 bedroom flats, with their own communal entrance.

The conversion received funding through the Mayor of London’s, Building Council Homes for Londoners programme and completed in November 2024. All the flats were let at London Affordable Rent. 

These provided much needed affordable housing for young persons under the age of 23 and the Council provided a washer/dryer, cooker and microwave.
