The Council has recently completed the development of several sites across the borough, which have provided much needed Council housing. These sites have made better use of Council land to provide new homes for those in need. One of these sites is Thyme House, Alexandra Gardens, which was completed in August 2023.
This development was built for the Council by its development company, Sutton Living Limited. The new building has provided 8 one-bedroom flats and 15 two-bedroom flats. 2 of these are wheelchair user flats, with the remaining 21 flats being wheelchair accessible and adaptable.
